​Formed by four friends from Rayleigh, Essex, in their final school years The Number Twenty create songs for the same reason as any other musicians; the fun – a collaboration that has already resulted in ten original songs in a little over a year, and a string of live performances across multiple venues that have seen them go from strength to strength.

Utilising silky solos and creative chord structures headed by the lead and rhythm guitarists along with a strong, driving foundation fronted by the bassist and drummer duo, The Number Twenty are consistently able to deliver a high quality performance with every song they write and perform.

Whilst their digital releases weaponise the gritty, raw sound that so many indie rock artists aspire to achieve, The Number Twenty are simply one of those bands that must be seen live, performing their energetic and lively set with their now renowned raw power, and bringing with them a group of dedicated Mosh Pit goers wherever they play.
